Delano Hotel Overview

The Delano Hotel is a modern chic hotel with interior design by Phillipe Starck, the famous French designer. The hotel is located in the centre of South Beach directly on the beach with Lincoln Road Mall 5 minutes walk away.

The stunning ground floor space in the hotel boasts America´s first indoor/outdoor lobby decorated in a minimalist and sophisticated manner. Other highlights of the hotel include the beautifully appointed all-white guestrooms, landscaped Orchard, original designed quartz swimming pool, rooftop spa and private beach area.

Delano Hotel Rooms

The Delano has a total of 208 guestrooms, suites and lofts. Room design is inspired by beach house living with white wood floors, white cotton chairs, white bed linens, and subtle accents of pale grey and peach. The modern amenities in the rooms include flat screen televisions, DVD players, Bose iPod docks and wireless internet access at a surcharge.

Many of the rooms have stunning ocean views and the suites and loft, located on the top two floors of the hotel contain Starck-designed furniture, private terraces and deluxe Italian marble bathrooms with huge soaking tubs.

Delano Hotel Restaurants

Blue Door restaurant under the direction of restaurateur Jeffrey Chodrow and chef Claude Troisgros serves modern French cuisine with Brazilian and global influences. The restaurant also has an outdoor terrace overlooking the orchard that is perfect for alfresco dining day and night. The Brasserie offers a more casual dining experience. Blue Sea in the main lobby combines a selection of fresh seafood, caviar, and sushi for a relaxed meal on high countertops.

For drinks there is the Rose Bar, a sophisticated drinks venue bathed in Rose colours and hanging Venetian chandeliers. The hotel also offers a Cocktail service from the lobby lounge to the outdoor terrace. A light food menu is also available.

Delano Hotel Facilities

Guests can relax in the hotel's orchard, filled with surreal Starck-designed objects such as an antique daybed and oversized chessboard or by the beautiful originally designed quartz swimming pool that has soothing underwater music.

There is a spacious gym featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment, private trainers, and fitness classes that take place indoors and on the beach. Located on the hotel’s roof is the renowned Agua Spa a peaceful white space that offers numerous beauty treatments and panoramic views of Miami and the beach.
