The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscaye offers 402 spacious guestrooms including 64 Ritz-Carlton Club Level rooms and suites and one Ritz-Carlton Presidential Suite. Views from the rooms are of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean or of the landscaped gardens of the resort. Marble baths include lighted makeup mirrors, designer toiletries, scales, plush bathrobes and slippers. Beds have both goosedown and hypoallergenic foam pillows. Rooms also offer minibars, laptop-sized safes, and high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Twice-daily housekeeping and complimentary overnight shoeshine service are standard.

Cioppino - Award-winning Tuscan cuisine served in sensuously lighted room. Arched Palladian windows frame picture-perfect views of the Atlantic. Outdoor dining terrace overlooking the ocean. Menu highlights include Pan-Seared Grouper with Olives and Roasted Tomatoes, Cioppino Mare e Fetunta (mussels, calamari, clams, and shrimp in a light tomato sauce). Extensive wine list. Breakfast, lunch, dinner daily. Sunday brunch with 10 culinary stations, including Bloody Mary and champagne cocktail stations and a room devoted entirely to desserts. Reservations recommended.
The Lobby Lounge - Located just off the lobby, this formal lounge is the spot to enjoy afternoon tea and specialty coffees from noon to very late.
The Drawing Room - Also located off the lobby, the Drawing Room is decorated in British colonial style and offers garden views. A Continental breakfast and morning and afternoon teas are served.
The Library Lounge - Guests can relax and enjoy an afternoon or evening drink or light fare in this wood-and-leather-accented room off the lobby. Open noon to very late.
Cantina Beach - Fresh, Cabo San Lucas–style menu under a thatched-roof palapa with plush lounges, fire pits and bar rails overlooking the ocean. Menu highlights include fish tacos, lobster quesadillas, and fresh ceviches. Tequlier (a tequila specialist trained in the Tequila region of Mexico) makes recommendations and offers selections from the extensive tequila menu. Open daily.

The Ritz-Carlton is located on a private stretch of beach where you can rent kayaks, sailboats, bicycles, wave runners, and snorkel equipment. There are two outdoor heated swimming pools and a whirlpool on site.
A wellness centre offers specialty exercise classes. If you like your tennis then this is the hotel for you there are a total of 11 courts, one hard court and 10 clay courts. A full selection of tennis lessons and programs are available for children and adults. For a very reasonable $15 per person per day, you can enjoy unlimited play on the courts, a can of balls, refreshments and towels.
The huge spa that covers 20,000 square-feet was named one of the best spas in North America by Condé Nast Traveler and features 21 treatment rooms offering approximately 60 treatments, many using local botanical products from South Florida and the Caribbean. Two of the spa's popular treatments are regionally inspired: the Key Lime Coconut Body Scrub and the Everglades Grass Body Wrap.
The Ritz Kids program (surcharge) caters to children age 5–12, beach and pool activities run daily, use of the outdoor playground, arts and crafts, and storytelling are just some of the activities. Five minutes away from the hotel is the par-72 Crandon Park Golf Course and there is easy access to South Beach, Miami attractions and the airport.
